Monika "Jac" Jagaciak (born 15 January 1994) is a Polish fahion model. Since signing with IMG Models in 2007 Jagaciak has been given the nickname "Jac" by the agency.
Jac Jagaciak is signed with Bravo Models Tokyo, IMG Australia Sydney, Iconic Management Hamburg, IMG London, IMG Milan, IMG Paris and IMG New York.
In 2015 she was in the spring ad campaigns for Chanel L’instant Watch and Chanel Perfection Lumiere Extreme. She was in the commercial for Body by Victoria Secret. She was in the fall ad campaigns for Lucky Brand Jeans, Victoria’s Secret Sexy Push Up and Victoria’s Secret Sport Holiday.
