She grew up in a Catholic family in Brazil before moving to New York when her career gained prominence.
In 2010, she participated in the Burberry, Diane von Fürstenberg, Hervé Léger, Jason Wu, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Karl Lagerfeld, Kenzo, Topshop, Tory Burch, Vera Wang and Victoria's Secret shows and in an advertisement for DKNY.
She is on the cover of Hercules and Vogue Brazil with nine other models including Isabeli Fontana, Emanuela de Paula and Izabel Goulart, as well as editorials for Lula Magazine, Allure (twice), Nowness, Arise.
